My husband and I just got home from our first trip to Anguilla. We were fortunate to have found Mindie and Judd's gem. When you drive up, you are greeted with such a peaceful and tranquil setting that makes the long journey all worth it! The views are outstanding, and the property beautifully landscaped. There's a charm to this place that would be hard to find anywhere else. I would highly recommend to anyone. What a special spot to spend a vacation at. Mindie and Judd are also wonderful human beings and we appreciated the kindness they showed us. Don't hesitate to come and stay here. You will not be disappointed.

COME TO ARAWAK!
My wife and I went here on our honeymoon in July of 2024. It was amazing!! We stayed in the upper level of the green building right on the water and the view was amazing! There was just enough room in the suite, the balcony was AMAZING, and it was so great how the wind came through the suite when we opened the balcony doors and the front door! We never had to run the A/C except for during the nighttime, and the bed was so comfortable!
The grounds are fantastic - there's a great pool, a really nice swing looking out over the bay, and kayaks and paddleboards to use (which were SO fun)!
The location is great, you are close to a bunch of restaurants and the hosts give a ton of recommendations for restaurants, beaches, and things to do.
They also have rental cars available which is a HUGE help.
They were so responsive and literally everything about our stay was amazing!
Anguilla is BEAUTIFUL too - the beaches are amazing!

Beautifully landscaped yard, cozy places to relax, refreshing pool, and spectacular water views! We loved our penthouse unit #9 with a lovely porch for catching the breeze. Comfortable bed, convenient kitchenette, and functional bathroom … everything we needed! The owners were very responsive and helpful. Great home base for exploring Anguilla.
